We've been busy experimenting

So busy that we can't find the time to post about it all!  We're also adding more friends to the list of blog writers, so if you also have something you want to post let us know!  Highlights from the last few months that we will be posting about soon: eating our own sauerkraut, kimchi, and Porter homebrew at the first BBQ of the summer; making our first batch of Kombucha; sprouting grains of all sorts for salads and stews; being inspired by our friends to make a sourdough starter and keep it growing, and oh my, the bread creations that "arise" from that starter have made our mouths water; and finally making our first batch of an Organic IPA, which required a double-hopping step for extra hoppiness.  Aw life is good and full of hoppiness...
